| I know i have floated this idea before.... but this time i have already tested the car i have decided upon and i think it will be a good event. Stock cars and the car is the 2002 Mugen Integra Type R.
This car is C class i think... so not too much power.... but it handles excellently in stock form. I think it will make for some awesome racing. With this type of event their will be no complaining about a certain car being suited to this track or complaints becuase some one can tune a car better.... its all about the driving.
No assists either by the way.
Anyway anyone else keen. Will most likely be a short (mini) season. Say 4 rounds. There will be no qualifying... grid order will be random. Other than no qualifying the points and rules will be the same as standard ITR season rules.
Races will be just like ITR season 1... sunday nights at 8pm (EST)

I'll still be in. shit i hit reply before i noticed your sub note of still being in... only reason i made it no assists is because when using the wheel its quite harder to brake well when you cant change the brake pressure... so just wanted everyone on the same field.... nothing sinister going on here..... well besides the usual

| im still down for this,
i was thinkin maybe for one of the seasons we could also do a power limited race say like no more then 250 or 300 ponies under the hood and maybe a stock or first upgrade tranny. that way it all comes down to driving abilities and handling tuning might keep it really close and an exciting season.

| Finally someone who speakes my racing language. other suggestions for cars are: Class D : Vauxhall Astra, Class C : Audi TT Quattro, or hey, whatever stock car with ALL assists OFF will be an excellent way for gamers to really find out what a car can do! If this event happens you can count me in. P.S. I waffle on a bit ! | |
